Sara DiVello is a true crime writer and the creator/host of Mystery and Thriller Mavens, a popular author interview series and interactive Facebook group.

Her most recent book, Broadway Butterfly: A Thriller, was a CBS New York Book Club Pick, an Entertainment Weekly Most Anticipated Book, was featured in Vanity Fair, and earned starred reviews from Booklist and Library Journal.

 

DiVello also serves as the director of social media strategy for the International Thriller Writers association, co-chair of the Nantucket Book Festival and on the board of the Nantucket Book Foundation, and on the board of Friends of the South End Library, where she curates the author speaker series.

For her weekly Mystery and Thriller Mavens live events, Sara has interviewed over 400 authors, ranging from the bestselling and world-renowned to the buzziest debuts. In her spare time, she loves to teach yoga, cook (and eat!), garden, and go for leisurely walks with her husband and their beloved rescue mutt, Peluda.
